What is an envelope?
An envelope is a digital package containing one or more documents that are sent together for electronic signing.
Think of it like a physical envelope: you add the documents you need signed, choose who needs to sign them, then send the envelope to your clients for signing.

How does my envelope allowance work?
Your full envelope allowance is available upfront at the start of your annual plan. You can then use your envelopes whenever you need them throughout the year, giving you the flexibility to send more during busier periods and fewer when things are quieter.
What happens if I exceed my envelope allowance?
If you need more envelopes than your annual allowance, you can purchase additional envelope bundles on our Business and Enterprise plans.
If you exceed your allowance without purchasing an additional bundle, you’ll be charged an overage fee for each additional envelope you use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all VISA & MasterCards, including American Express (AMEX). For UK customers, we also accept payment via direct debit.
Do you offer a discount for charities?
Yes. Our charity customers do incredible work every day. So, it only feels right to give something back to the people who give so much to others.
