Signable is celebrating another milestone after being named Best Place to Work at the techSPARK SPARKies 2026!
The award recognises organisations creating outstanding workplace cultures across the South West, celebrating businesses that invest in their people through wellbeing, development, inclusion and opportunities to grow. After being shortlisted alongside some of the region’s leading technology companies, we’re incredibly proud to have been announced as this year’s winner.
This recognition means a lot to us because it reflects something we’ve believed from the very beginning: great businesses are built by great people. As we’ve grown, we’ve continued to invest not only in our product, but also in creating a workplace where people feel trusted, supported and able to do their best work.

This award also builds on several years of external recognition for our culture, including five consecutive years of Great Place to Work® certifications and multiple Best Workplace accolades. In our latest employee survey, 98% of our team said Signable is a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK company (GPTW, 2026).
