Signable named ‘Highly Commended’ Best Place to Work 2025

We’re thrilled to share that Signable has been Highly Commended in the Best Place to Work category at the 2025 Tech South West Awards, recognising our people-first culture and continued impact on the region’s fast-growing tech ecosystem.
We were recognised from a strong group of businesses across the South West, with the commendation highlighting our ongoing focus on building a workplace that puts people first. For us, it’s never just been about performance, it’s about creating an environment where people feel they belong, are supported, and have space to thrive. As expectations around work continue to shift across the tech industry, we’re proud to be seen as one of the region’s leading employers.
Leading with our culture has always been a fundamental part of who we are. It isn’t always the standard approach in business, but it guides the way we operate. We genuinely care about our people, and we’ve never believed that great work happens without looking after the individuals behind it. This builds on a strong year of momentum for Signable. After being named Scaleup of the Year at the SPARKies in July, we’ve continued to grow, expanding our product, our team and our reach, while keeping our people-first culture front and centre.
We also earned our fourth consecutive Great Place to Work certification, with recognition across five key areas: Technology, Women, Wellbeing, Development, and Small Organisations. These awards reflect the care and effort we put into creating an inclusive, supportive workplace where people feel they can do their best work and be themselves.
